ITINERARY
Day 1: LIMA - TRUJILLO
Around midday, we will pick you up from
your hotel in Lima and then we will
drive you to the airport of Lima in
order to take an afternoon flight to
Trujillo. Upon your arrival in Trujillo,
we will drive you to your hotel located
in downtown. You will have the remainder
of the day to relax or walk around
downtown.
You will spend the night at the hotel of
your choice.

Day 2: TRUJILLO
(B)
At about 10:30a.m., we will pick you up
from your hotel in order to start a full
day tour around the main attractions of
Trujillo. Your first visit will be the
Temple of the Moon where you will be
able to observe the main components of
the Moche Culture and its different
stages of power. Some walls still show
beautiful polychromatic murals such as
the representation of the god Ai-aepec.
At about 1:00p.m., you will have some
free time to enjoy lunch (which is not
included in the package). At about
2:30p.m., you will continue your tour by
visiting the Rainbow Temple where you
will be able to observe one of the first
constructions of the Chimu culture.
It
is believed that this temple was
built about 1100 years ago. Your
next stop will be the Chan Chan
Museum and the Citadel of Chan
Chan which is the biggest mud
city of the world. Chan Chan was
a pre-hispanic urban center
where the Chimus might settle
their capital. Your last visit
will be the Huanchaco beach
where you will have time to
observe a beautiful sunset and
relax. You will be back at your
hotel at about 6:30p.m. You will
spend the night at the hotel of
your choice.
Day 3: TRUJILLO - LIMA

You will have the morning to relax or
visit one of the local museums. At about
1:30 p.m., we will pick you up from your
hotel in order to drive you to the
airport of Trujillo. You will take an
afternoon flight to Lima.
Upon your arrival in Lima we will drive
you to your hotel.
